Central Baptist Church

Dr. Joseph (Josh) Carmichael is our Bi-Vocational Pastor.  Bro. Josh comes to Auburn, AL from North Point, AL.  He and his wife, Betsy, have six sons.  Bro. Josh is an ordained Baptist Minister with 20 years of experience and a board certified chaplain, working as a clinical chaplain in hospital and hospice settings.  He has service in pastoral ministry in Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina and Kentucky.

Bro. Josh is a respected biblically and theologically driven minister with an expository preaching approach.  He has a people-centered approach to leading and a contagious approach to congregational culture and strategy.

• Master of Divinity, Pastoral Ministry and Missions, Reformed Theological Seminary, Jackson, MS

• Clinical Pastor, Board Certified Chaplain and ordained Baptist Minister

Stacie Moore is our Administrative Assistant and Financial Secretary.  Stacie has been a member of Central Baptist Church since 2016 and accepted the calling as our Admin. Assistant/Financial Secretary in February 2023.  You can reach Stacie at the Church Office, Tuesdays-Thursdays, 8am-Noon.
